| Additional Info | Sublimation Terms | Lead time is from confirmation of artwork approval. Lead time refers to dispatch, final delivery time will depend on location and type of courier used. Sublimation Terms: | 1.Prices are based on our standard size and cutting. If you prefer to produce with your own size specification, we will re-quote the price accordingly. | 2.The quantity in the tiered price list, shown above, refers to quantity per design per colour. For example, one design but 3 different colours, we will require a minimum of 25pcs per colour as an MOQ, so in total 75pcs. | 3.For order quantities below 100 pcs per design, by default we will offer artwork mockups only. Artwork will generally be ready within 3 working days. If you need printed swatches for approval, please make a request. Swatches generally take 5 working days, excluding transportation, commencing from finalization of artwork. | 4.For order quantities over 100pcs, we can provide a pre-production sample and it will be charged. The sample lead time will generally be 7 days, excluding transportation, commencing from the finalization of artwork. | 5.Any changes to artwork, patterns, size specifications, or quantity breakdowns will affect the printing layout, and may delay the production schedule and affect the price if beyond a certain range. | 6.Lead time is from finalization of image/print swatch/ PPS. Moreover sampling time and transportation time for approval should be added when estimating the final arrival date. | 7.Adding individual numbers or names will incur a $1.8 extra charge per piece. | 8.Each unit includes care labels and standard design poly-bags by default. If you need extra labels, we offer a service for customizing your brand’s main label, polybag or hang-tag. Please contact us to get a quotation. | 9.Upon request, we can provide certification documents for the factories that we source our products from. If you have a certain requirement, please mention at the time of quoting, so we can ensure to source from the appropriate factory before commencing the order. If we are required to switch a factory that we source from, to meet a certain requirement, there may be variations in price applicable | IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GARMENTS THAT CAN BE ORDERED? | For most styles, our minimum order is 25pcs of sublimation apparel per style, for jackets and hoodies the minimum order quantity is 30pcs per style. And you can mix different sizes from the same size range. For these, men’s size range, ladies’ size range and kids’ size range are considered 3 different styles. For repeat orders without changes, the setup fee will be waived. | WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER? | Your garments should be delivered to you within approximately 5 weeks by air, including 3 weeks production lead time and 1-2 week for air freight. Only after we receive your deposit and your approval on the print artwork, shall we start to count the lead time. If you have any special turnaround requirements, please tell us by email or call and we’ll try our best to help you. | Update: Delivery networks are busier than usual, which may mean slight delays.
